What types of files do you offer?

Files for Makers offers several different types of products such as files for sublimation/UV, laser and styled mockups.

The file format will depend on the usage and will be provided in the file description.

What is your cancellation policy?

For our monthly membership, you can cancel any time. The files you've already downloaded are yours to use and keep.

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued but your plan will not renew again.

For annual memberships, it is a year commitment but renewal is not required. No refunds on annual membership.

For lifetime membership, you will be billed once when you purchase and you won't be billed again. No refunds on lifetime membership.

Do you take requests?

I do accept requests but there are no guarantees of when a design may be added. Once a month, I will create a thread in the Facebook group to find out what everyone is looking for!

I have an issue with a file. Can you help?

Yes! I am happy to help with any issues that arise with the files provided by Files for Makers. You can contact us here.

I do not offer technical support for software. You will need to reach out the software creator if you are having any issues on that end.
